Minuman Anti Ngantuk

Wes..wes...wes... ga kerasa piala dunia udah semifinal ny berarti world cup mau kelar : ( , & biasanya orang-orang malah makin semangat ni bwt nonton bola, walaupun mereka harus merelakan jam tidur mereka alias harus begadang. Wajar sih mereka pada begadang gitu soalnya kn piala dunia itu kan 4 tahun sekali. Jadi, sebaiknya buat menghindari rasa ngantuk biasanya kebanyakan orang mengakalinya dengan minuman-minuman anti ngantuk. Dan disini gw pny 3 jenis minuman yang bisa bikin lw melek ampe pagi.

• Kopi

Pasti lw semua ud pada tau kn ini mah minuman wajib bwt para begadang holic karena kopi mengandung kafein. Tapi, asal lw tau aja jenis kopi yang bisa bikin lw melek ampe pagi itu kopi pahit, bukan kopi berasa (kopi susu/coklat).

• Minuman bersoda/berkarbonasi

Ini jg lumayan bisa nahan ngantuk ampe pagi, walaupun ga seampuh kopi pahit.

• Minuman berenergi

Kalo ini dari namanya aje ud keliatan "minuman berenergi" ya berarti ni minuman bisa ngasih energi tambahan buat lw semua, jadi lw ga bakalan ngantuk.

Oke gw rasa that's enough. O ya gw lupa, walaupun gw ud ngasih saran gimana cara bwt tahan begadang tapi gw g nyaranin lw buat jadi seorang insomniac (itu loh istilah bwt orang yg punya masalah dengan waktu tidurnya). Gw masih lebih setuju dengan bang Rhoma klo begadang tuh ga baik klo ga ada perlunya. hehehe
